Welcome to Cosy Paws (cosypaws.co). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or purchase our products.

Cosy Paws sells home textile products, including the Paw-Proof Cover, direct to customers in New Zealand and Australia. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Cosy Paws.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By using our site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in the currency of the store you're shopping in (NZD or AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display accurate pricing, product descriptions, and imagery, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding and you'll have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen — we aim to represent every colourway as accurately as possible.
  • Promotional pricing, discounts, and bundle offers are valid only for the stated period and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability).
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Once an order is placed, you may request changes or cancellation by contacting support@cosypaws.co before the order has shipped. Once shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days, in line with our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, high-demand periods).
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available at cosypaws.co/policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or the Australian Consumer Law (for customers in Australia), including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

All content on this site — including but not limited to the Cosy Paws name, logo, product photography, graphics, and written copy — is owned by or licensed to Cosy Paws and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
